Since 1990, Don Elias Cubero, started with the idea of growing coffee plants, shaded with banana tree, which allows better control of soil moisture, through a natural process.

Before the year 2000 the parchment was sold to other companies, where our coffee was probably mixed with other coffees to improve flavor and roasting.

So we decided to build our own toaster. This allowed us to create the product known today as Café Cubero and thus maintain the value of purity, since no additional components are added.

For us it is a source of pride to say that the production of each unit of roasted, ground or ground coffee is manufactured in an artisanal way where no industrial machines are involved, but rather the human hand in all our activitie.
